Kelly spent the better part of two days with me, when I visited Patea, showing me as many options as I could desire. When I had chosen a house, she guided me through the process of submitting an offer. Sadly, the vendor of that house died just before my offer could be submitted and Kelly was able to find another to suit me. Again, problems arose relating to the building inspection, and I had to walk away. Not to be beaten, Kelly reminded me of a house I had seen earlier and dismissed. Looking again, I decided that this house could be three times lucky for me. Now that the deposit has been paid, I begin to feel I can finally move to Patea.
