Kelly spent the better part of two days with me, when I visited Patea, showing me as many options as I could desire. When I had chosen a house, she guided me through the process of submitting an offer. Sadly, the vendor of that house died just before my offer could be submitted and Kelly was able to find another to suit me. Again, problems arose relating to the building inspection, and I had to walk away. Not to be beaten, Kelly reminded me of a house I had seen earlier and dismissed. Looking again, I decided that this house could be three times lucky for me. Now that the deposit has been paid, I begin to feel I can finally move to Patea. Through the entire experience, Kelly maintained a professional but caring attitude. I have bought and sold many houses and I can honestly say that Kelly is the best agent I have ever dealt with. She is so determined to help that she goes above in her approach. I’ve never know someone so willing to get me into a suitable home. While my hunt for a home in Patea has been very fraught at times, Kelly remained patient and positive ( and I know I am not always easy to deal with!). I am very grateful that I had Kelly as my agent.
