Dillon was tasked with having to navigate a tricky sale of a half deceased estate and surviving elderly vendor. Dillon showed nothing but patience, care and kindness in all his dealings with my elderly mother, who struggled with the concept of having to give up her home of 30 years. Dillon was able to quietly and calmly answer all of Mums questions and sit through conversation that I didn't have the patience for. Dillon worked hard and tirelessly to achieve a sale for a home that wasn't an easy sell and work with a vendor that needed a lot of time and patience.
