Our experience with Sam & Sarah was a breeze! From the moment we first met Brooke at the open home she was nothing but fantastic to work with. She heard what our needs were and worked literally day and night with the vendor to make sure everyone was happy. To begin, I'm not a bot, nor a mate or plant of Brooke's and I'm always extremely cautious with giving reviews, except in this instance. She made what I thought would be a drawn out and frustrating experience into quite the opposite. Her all round skills including her calming attitude and focus were a big plus for me. I was honestly astonished with her performance viz the other institutions I've had to deal with. 100% recommended. She was also very honest both in my and the buyers regard. And to cut to the chase, she achieved our target sale price.
