Teresa worked well in her support of me in the sale of my house. This was especially appreciated as I was out of Taranaki. In all aspects of this sale she communicated with me, and my tenant to ensure all things went smoothly. I was very happy with her work.

Teresa was nothing short of enthusiastically helpful and communicative, going beyond agents duties to assist me with issues during the process. Continually ensured I understood each step and always kept me in the loop. Achieved a sometimes challenging sale within my expected price. Recommended.

Personable, diligent, courteous, realistic, down-to-earth, supportive, a great communicator. Teresa was fantastic through the listing and sale process. No question was too dumb for Teresa to answer - very reassuring for a first time seller 😁 Teresa helped us to achieve a fast sale with a terrific outcome. I'd recommend Teresa to anyone looking to sell or purchase.

Teresa made our selling experience an easy, pleasant and enjoyable one. From day one we put our trust with her to do the best with our property and she definitely delivered. Her communication and feedback to us was fantastic, giving us prompt updates from potential clients and feedback after every open home. Would definitely recommend to anyone selling their property wanting a 100% trustworthy agent that will get you the best possible outcome you can get.

Teresa came highly recommended to us by a previous satisfied client. Our first meeting with Teresa at the rental property we wanted marketed, impressed us as she arrived with information booklet to show us houses that had sold in the area or were on the market, similar to ours. She talked us through the process of selling, making sure we were going to make the right decision for ourselves. Within five days we had two offers, one we accepted. Teresa was always available to answer any questions, she kept us up to date with two open homes she had. She was very professional in handling our sale and we both would highly recommend Teresa to any friends or family who are looking for a trustworthy, hardworking agent to market your property. Teresa is completely professional, her word is her bond, her level of feedback and service exemplary and she is a driven, enthusiastic sales person who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Teresa came up with a marketing strategy with a clear target market and this resulted in multiple interest and a sale in a short space of time. I wouldn't hesitate to use her skills again and wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody who is looking for real results.

Through hard work and persistence Teressa sold our house. Her marketing strategy was very good. This included good advertising and a willingness to continue running open homes until there was an unconditional contract on the property. We have bought and sold many houses and Teresa has the best communication skills of any agent we have worked with. She kept us fully involved in the sale process. Her excellent feedback enabled us to make changes to the presentation of the property when required. She was willing to suggest changes to the initial marketing strategies and to listen to us and implement our ideas. We recommend her and would use her services again if ever required.
