Very professional
Have used Harcourts up in Blenheim with good results, so was without hessitation I contracted Lisa Bartley to sell our house at 134 Elles rd Invercargill. We got a acceptable offer in 23days thanks to Lisa and her back up Team at Harcourts Invercargil. Thank you Tony and Lesley Harvey

Lisa’s approach and experience was identified on the warm greeting and advice on obtaining our first home. Showing properties to view within our budget and requirements was excellent. Once a house was chosen and an offer submitted, Lisa advised us on the steps required to finalise the purchase process which was very helpfully. Highly recommend Lisa to future property buyers. I have gotten to know Craig really well as this is the second property in the last 6 months that Craig has been the agent for. Both places sold quickly. Craig marketed these properties very well. Craig isn't about just selling the property, he likes to get the right fit for the property, and it feels more like a fun journey. I believe Craig communicates well with all parties, Craig is super helpful and flexible in his approach and doesn't mind getting in and helping out where he can. Absolute pleasure working with Craig.

Craig was excellent to deal with.
I went on the Harcourts website and chose Craig because he looked friendly and had a great smile. It was a good choice, couldn’t have ask for better service, he gave 100%, sound advice on current trends and updates on progress and always available should you have questions. Craig even contacted me while he was on holiday in Australia, talk about going above and beyond. If he works this hard for all his clients, and I’m sure he does, its a wonder he has time to sleep. Boom, Sold at first Open Home.
Craig was just the best. He looked after me, as the seller of my Parents Estate, and was very professional, caring and considerate. He was awesome at communicating the goings on, and his knowledge of the 'todays market' is pretty damn spot on. He found the perfect family to buy our family home of over 50 years.

A great fit
