We were fortunate to have our first encounter with Carl in 2019. He is an exceptional real estate agent and an honourable, honest , kind, genuine person who in all our dealings with him, as always done his best to help us as vendors and as purchasers. He has a lot of connections and his knowledge of Invercargill real estate is incredible. He always communicated all information to us at all times. We have purchased 4 properties with Carl and sold 4. In the pandemic we thought we would try another agent, just to see if we could change it up a bit as the market had dropped quite suddenly and we quickly returned to Carl with a tail between our legs, big mistake to change.
