We first met Craig at an open home when we were looking to buy a house three years ago. We didn't buy that particular house, but his professionalism, his ability to make us feel comfortable and at ease, and the fact that he wasn't a "pushy" agent left a lasting impression in our mind. Fast forward January 2024 when we were selling, we specifically sort him out to sell our property. He had lots of energy, a great sense of humour and a keen eye for detail. He always kept us well informed and his knowledge of the local market was excellent. He was straight up and honest about market expectations, which we really appreciated. We threw a couple of curve balls at Craig due to our unusual circumstances. For example, we asked if our adult special needs son could stay at home during the open homes as going out in public stresses him. Craig was absolutely fine with that. Not only did Craig make the whole process of selling as easy as possible, he sold the house within 12 days and for an excellent price. For all of the reasons above, we stand by our recommendation that Craig is the best agent in Invercargill!

Good people, know their job, not pushy.

We saw 2 properties with Carl one of them we purchased. He was proffesional and engaging taking an interest in our search for the right property. He highlighted the properties advantages but also highlighted issues and constructive criticism of the properties and gave solutions and ideas for improvements. Thats what we liked , he shared his knowledge of work required and estimates.
