She recommended and coordinated all of the necessary repairs, improvements, cleaning, and other preparation. Her recommended handyman was brilliant, and got the work done straightaway at a reasonable price. Alice is so easy to work with and was always available on WhatsApp and Zoom to keep us updated on the progress. Selling a property in the current market was a daunting prospect, but she managed it brilliantly, providing what proved to be an accurate valuation at the start of the process and ultimately generating multiple offers resulting in a fair deal for myself and for the new owners.
