Sharon was amazing…. She understands the local market very well. We had a sale price in mind, which we all discussed, and Sharon was spot on with her suggestions regarding our selling price, leading to a fast sale. She was always clear in her communication, and kept us in the loop all the time. After we found our new house, Sharon walked us through all the relevant paperwork for both the house we sold, as well as the new one, making sure we understood everything. My experience with Sharon and the team was excellent. I needed someone to market the property, but also someone to help me decide what needed doing before it went in the market. Sharon helped me with finding a gardener, a cleaner, someone who cleared out the unwanted furniture and someone to stage the house for selling. She also gave great advice as we decided whether to accept offers and being in touch after an offer was accepted. I cannot rate her highly enough.
