This was our second purchase of a property and was very daunting as we never went through the open home process the 1st time and had a family friend as the agent we were buying off so we felt we were helped trough the process a lot. I was worried about going through this process again with a stranger who may not have had our best interests at heart but i couldn't have been more wrong, i had absolutely nothing to worry about and i felt instantly reassured of this when i met Kees at the first open home. Kees has been a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my curly questions with ease and kept us up to date throughout the whole dealing. Great result and we are now hopefully in our forever home but if we do go through this process in future i hope to deal with Kees again. Thanks The Arthur Family

I have never sold a house and Alice went above and over my expectations. She was so helpful with suggesting drone photography as well as professional photos, arranged furnishings for the house which certainly showcased the rooms to their best, sparkling windows and many suggestions which in turn helped to sell the house within 5 days. I would certainly recommend her to any one wanting a caring Agent who goes that bit extra to make things go smoothly.

We chose Alice because in all our previous dealings with her she had demonstrated that she worked really hard, that she followed through and that she wasn't pushy. But in reality she is much more than that. She is very thoughtful, has great attention to detail, is completely relaxed and appears to be cheerful all the time! She makes everyone feel a bit special. All of these traits helped us feel that we were in very capable, confident hands and we trusted her completely to do the best by us in the sale of our house. She didn't disappoint.
