Alice was an incredibly informative agent. She went out of her way to assist us in the selling of our property and on the purchase of a new house. Alice was honest and trustworthy throughout the whole process, along with a calming influence - which I needed. She was able to help with ensuing our home was the best it could be for sale (including the hire of a Gardner and clean up guy for the section). Alice has a great personality and I would highly recommend her.

Alice not only sold the house for us but had originally sold it to us! Alice has provided a complete service for selling the property, doing all she could to ensure both ourselves and the buyer were happy. She has arranged all the necessary services for cleaning the house and section and been available to field all sorts of queries. Alice’s service has been thoroughly professional and customer focussed through the whole process. I was referred to Alice from a work colleague in Queenstown who had sold his house in Dunedin with Alice. Alice was on board from when the house was first getting renovated 6 months prior to the sale. Alice was open to helping in any way from picking paint colors, floor coverings and suggesting to have the fire place powder coated. Looking back, getting in touch with Alice was one of the best things I did for the project's final outcome and result. Her knowledge of what was going to make a difference was very important. Alice was always just a phone call away if I had any concerns which was massive being 3 hours away from any potential problems. Nothing was ever too hard for Alice.

She took her time to find out answers to questions I had about a house and found other houses that might fit my brief. A very friendly and happy person to deal with and I didn’t feel pressurised by her to buy at any stage. If you are selling a house, she also does a great job staging a house.
