We have used Carol again to sell a rental property in the current market, where a lot of houses are for sale. While it took a while to sell, this was more the environment we were in than Carols ability, and Carol managed to find the willing buyer amongst alot of supply. Throughout the process we have found Carol to be helpful, hardworking, flexible, pragmatic, and keeping us up to date with all the steps in the progress. We also enjoyed chats with Carol about all things housing. Overall very pleased with the end result and we knew we could trust and rely on Carol. Carol is not someone who would be in it for solely her own reasons and joins on a partnership with her clients so everyone gets a satisfactory end result with some good humour to go with it.
