We saw Debbie's sign on a section and arranged to meet her at the location. Debbie explained and laid out the information on the section and was able to answer all our questions. Because we were relocating back to NZ after 43 years overseas we had many many questions. We decided to put in an offer so we again met Debbie for coffee and she ran through the process and again answered all our questions. We found Debbie to be extremely knowledgeable not only in the purchase process but with how everything works in Nelson including building consent, using an architect or draughtsperson, selecting a building company etc. Again, because of our lack of knowledge of most things NZ, Debbie generously spent a lot of time explaining many issues around our build. Above and beyond and expectations surpassed!!

I got to know Debbie when I was looking for a house 11 years ago. I have always found her very happy, friendly, helpful and straightforward to deal with. She was totally realistic about the process and what to concentrate on as regards preparing the property, and what people see when they come round and knowing when to limit or increase effort for presentation etc. The whole process of selling was at my own speed, and unpressured which gave me confidence. Whenever I needed to know something, I just 'phoned and I never felt I was being annoying or interrupting even when she was very busy. Debbie was very easy to deal with so the whole process has been a breeze. I highly recommend checking her out!
