We saw Debbie's sign on a section and arranged to meet her at the location. Debbie explained and laid out the information on the section and was able to answer all our questions. Because we were relocating back to NZ after 43 years overseas we had many many questions. We decided to put in an offer so we again met Debbie for coffee and she ran through the process and again answered all our questions. We found Debbie to be extremely knowledgeable not only in the purchase process but with how everything works in Nelson including building consent, using an architect or draughtsperson, selecting a building company etc. Again, because of our lack of knowledge of most things NZ, Debbie generously spent a lot of time explaining many issues around our build.
