It's taken me ages to write this review as it's hard to put into words the exceptional service I received from the Cooper Group. Debbie and her team came highly recommended from a few friends and I was impressed by the follow up I had when visiting open homes hosted by the Cooper Group. Every step of the process felt seamless, well considered and I always felt like the team was super upfront and transparent. Selling your house can be a hugely emotional and stressful time, having a whole team of professionals there to support you is invaluable. I will recommend the Cooper Group over and over again.

We've had less than ideal experiences in the past with real estate agents, so had been attempting to sell our house privately before we met Debbie. She showed us around a house we fell in love with, which meant we needed to sell our place quickly and were so impressed with how open and honest Debbie was that we asked her to list it for us. In the past we have always sold our own properties, but this time we felt we needed the sales process to be more professional due to the higher asking price. First we hired Bayleys who effectively did nothing for the period of their listing. Then we asked Debbie to take over. Our place was sold within a month to the fourth buyer to come through. In a slow market that was a great achievement. It started with a great selection of excellent photos, to a well written profile and proper screening of potential buyers (no tyre kickers). We would thoroughly recommend Debbie Cooper to anyone think of putting their place on the market.
