We can’t speak highly enough of Michelle. She was absolutely amazing to work with and handled the sale of our large family home in a fairly niche area of the market with professionalism and genuine care. She’s not your stereotypical real estate agent — she worked hard for us while also being fair and considerate to the buyer, which made the whole process smooth and positive for everyone involved. We’re very happy with the outcome she achieved and will definitely be using her again when we sell our next home in 2026. Highly recommended!

We are thrilled with the service Michelle provided. Her knowledge is outstanding, and she guided us through the entire process with such professionalism and ease. Michelle kept in touch regularly—providing a comprehensive vendor report and updates after Open Homes. Michelle truly made the sales process as stress-free as possible for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Michelle had been recommended to us and she responded promptly to our initial enquiry. We found her friendly, courteous and professional. The marketing campaign progressed generously, thanks to Michelle. She kept in touch regularly, especially after Open Homes and the vendor reports were comprehensive. Michelle made the sales process as stress free as possible for us and we are very happy to recommend her to others.

Nina was recommended to us as ‘an agent who worked hard for her clients to get them the best price’ and although we did not, at that stage, know her, we were absolutely delighted with the whole house selling experience. From the very first meeting Nina listened to us as we explained our expectations. Her husband David, was exceptional in answering any queries we had relating to the technicalities of the selling process both promptly and accurately. We were fortunate we managed to sell our property very quickly and Nina managed to negotiate a fair selling price for us, given the shaky economic climate. Would we recommend Nina and David - absolutely - in a heart beat!! Thank you Team James for your professionalism, empathy and your friendly approach throughout the whole process ❤️

Bruce was our third agent with Bayleys trying to sell our beautiful home. He was by far the best communicator, and most realistic agent. We felt like he brought people in who were genuine buyers and we were sold within a few months. We recommend Bruce to anyone wanting to sell and would happily use him again!

Bruce is always professional and works hard to get the result. Have used Bruce to sell a couple of houses over the years and I’ve always been more than satisfied.

Nina was just fantastic to work with from our first meeting she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Her knowledge of the property and the expectations from the vendors was upfront and clear. I had such an easy time buying my home through Nina. I couldn't recommend a better agent to have done this with. Thank you Nina and David for your professionalism, communication and help.

We had a really positive experience with Bayleys and their agent Liz Woodall. She was very professional with attention to detail and hard working to find the suitable client who was prepared to make a cash offer that suited both parties and got the deal secured without problems. She kept in regular contact and updated us all the time during the process. We can only recommend her to do business with. Property owners Fiona and Andy, Nelson

Liz is a down-to-earth real estate agent who is warm, honest, and genuinely cares about clients. She offers practical advice, communicates clearly, and is focused on the clients' needs —not just closing a sale. Grounded and trustworthy, she made our selling process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Liz.

Michael is an agent who truly goes above and beyond to get things sorted. From having a list of contractors ready for any repairs before putting the property on the market, to following up on our behalf—nothing was too much trouble. He even went as far as purchasing items for us from The Warehouse when needed. As we were not in town to oversee anything ourselves, having Michael as our eyes, ears, and hands was invaluable. He is highly responsive, an excellent communicator, and genuinely focused on achieving the best outcome for both us and the buyers. We have the utmost respect for Michael and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell (or buy!).

Liz worked hard and sold my house in a tough market. Following on with her sales suggestions and experience, along with always being there for open homes and following through with potential purchases she came through and sold my house. Good result.
