Being a property developer for 40 years I have dealt with many real estate agents over this period. I would have to say that Tony and Jacinta are right up there with the best I have dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We had a few viewings then Jackie suggested 23C and we had a look and it was just what we were looking for. She was on time and it was a breeze to get signed up.

Jackie Herkt won my elderly mothers heart with her caring professional attitude and knowledge of the market at the time. This enabled peace of mind moving forward for Mum.

Bex and Jackie have been incredible to work with. As buyers it's often hard to find an agent who really has your best interests at heart, but we have been supported, encouraged and well looked after throughout. They're really proactive and responsive, taking everything on our wish list in their stride and finding the house we wanted! Great at getting into detail and making sure we have everything covered, they've given us confidence when we needed it most. Cannot recommend them enough.

Jackie and Bex were a terrific team. They started with an honest and frank appraisal of our property, ideas for putting it forward in the marketplace, and guidance on pricing and promotion. Ours came to the market at a particularly difficult time but Jackie and Bex stuck with it and got it sold. We always felt they had faith in the house and believed in its saleability.

Jackie has good communication skills and an easy, straightforward way of dealing with people. She was our selling agent in three recent sales. The first sale was complicated by the house developing a leak after it was listed and while we were out of the country. A home seller’s nightmare. Jackie stepped up, organised and managed the repairs until I was able to return and take over. We chose Jackie for the two subsequent sales.

Jackie and Bex were amazing. They went out of their way to help us find our dream home. Nothing seemed to ever be an issue and their local knowledge was invaluable. They make a great team and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We really enjoyed working with Jackie to sell our property in Dry Hills. As we were abroad at the time it was vital to have someone who not only wanted to sell the property, but also give us honest advice on how to prepare our home in the best possible way. Our home looked amazing in the Bayleys catalogue and every box was ticked when it came to pitching the home to the right audience. Jackie was superb with her communication throughout the whole process and we were delighted with the sale price on auction day. I would not hesitate to recommend Jackie and Bex if you are selling or buying in Marlborough because you will get a team who really listen to your needs and will help you get there. We look forward to working with them again in the future. Jonathan & Sarah

Selling our house with Jackie was effortless. She understood our instructions well. She had a very firm strong knowledge of the market. We trusted her completely while on the market her team as well as Jackie were in contact almost every few days. Feed back when they bought someone through was that day. We rate Jackie and her team highly and would not hesitate to do it all again in the future.

We highly recommend her as a knowledgeable professional and would use her services without hesitation in the future. Jackie works with her 2 daughters and they make a great team.
