We found Georgia to be an amazing realestate agent to work with. Selling our unique property, Georgia found the perfect buyers and made the whole process enjoyable. Georgia’s communication and forward planning made the experience super easy and gave us peace of mind that we would achieve a great result. Georgia and Char were a fabulous team to sell our family home. Their communication skills were exceptional. They clearly explained the sale process and presented us with all the potential options. We always knew were we stood during the campaign, and they kept us fully informed. We felt they both went over and above to ensure our property was sold. They were friendly, professional and positive, yet also realistic. They understood the market and helped us adjust our expectations. We would highly recommend using both agents if you are looking at buying or selling a property.

Char was amazing to work with. We sat down with her and clearly explained what our ideal family home would look like. She understood our needs and was able to find the perfect property for us. The place we found had the ideal floor plan but needed some work. With Char’s complementary interior design knowledge, she was able to help us see the potential the home had and what work we could complete to easily modernise the space. It was an extremely tight turnaround, and Char went over and above to ensure we had the information we needed to secure the sale. Her communication skills were first class. I would highly recommend Char if you are looking to purchase a new property.

As the buyer of 16 Maeburn Street, I had a positive experience working with Baileys agent Pip. She was professional, approachable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Pip provided clear communication, promptly addressed any questions or concerns, and ensured a smooth transaction. I truly appreciated her support and guidance in making this milestone a reality.

We engaged with Kurt Lindsay to help us find our dream property. He knew exactly what properties to show us but also got us looking at properties we may not have looked at if it wasn’t for Kurt’s knowledge. Nothing was ever a problem. We have now purchased a property and throughout that process Kurt was in constant communication to ensure we had everything we needed. Kurt Lindsay Team are a must call if you are in the market.

A bright and bubbly agent, makes you feel valued and listened to. Sale went through in very short time so were able to concentrate on finding our next home. Would highly recommend to others looking for a focussed and helpful agent.

Jackie has a wealth of knowledge of the area and and real estate in general. In a market that isn't/wasn't easy, Jackie and her team worked tirelessly to get a good result for us. She provided support and trustworthy advice when needed, guiding us to the outcome we were after. Her direct, supportive and honest manner was much appreciated in what can be both a difficult and emotional decision (selling house). A massive thank you to her and her team. Totally recommend them :)
