We found Will to be very helpful, patient and professional. The sale of our previous house took about a year. During that time, he maintained regular contact with us and also liaised with the owners of the house we had a contract on to keep them up to date on our (lack of) progress. Prior to final purchase of the house, he conducted a pre-sale inspection for us as we couldn't be there in person to do it ourselves.
