Highly Recommended
We trusted Katie with the sale of our first investment property. Once the house was listed she took over all communication with the tenant and arranged everything that needed to be done. She had good communication skills and kept us up to date during the process. Katie had a good knowledge of the market and access to a good number of buyers meaning we had multiple offers within weeks. Katie is honest and down to earth, I have no doubt we will be working with her again in the future.
