Purchase of property
I found Ben to be relaxed but very professional, he listened when I said what my top dollar was and he hit the mark with the property I’ve purchased! The timing was perfect, the offer I made on one property that got turned down was the best thing ever because he had the ace up his sleeve with what he took me to see next. Ben was always happy to take a call and discuss the next step as it has been 30 years since I’d purchased real estate in NZ, I’d come home after being in Aus for nearly 22 years. It seems he is a gentleman with genuine customer service skills in an industry that has a lot of low customer centric agents.

In all dealings and correspondence with Ben he has been excellent and very professional always.
Ben knows the market well, gave us good advice and wasn't pushy which gave us enough time to make our minds up about where and what we wanted to do. Very professional service from Lauren Palatchie who tidied up a mess from another real estate company and got the deal done in a very short time frame despite a level four lockdown imposing restrictions on everything. Excellent customer service from Harcourts all round. Lauren is friendly, professional and thorough, paying attention to detail all the way through. She is an excellent communicator and a credit to the Harcourts team. I would happily go through the real estate process with Lauren again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
