I worked with Amy from out of town to sell my mother's home. She was respectful, communicated well and brought a number of offers to the table. Amy listened and worked with Jodi to meet our requests, she presented the house well, and worked to educate the potential purchaser about cross leases. I felt that she had everything under control and I did not have to be overly involved.

My husband and I both found Martyn excellent to deal with. Not only is he professional but a genuine nice guy. If he didn't know the answer to our question he would find out. Nothing was a problem and he would always return a missed phone call and keep us in the loop with things. For a small and fair fee he will take you on his boat to look at property that is boat access and he worked around times that suited us. I would not hesitate to contact Martyn again if needed.
