We first met Max John at an open home he was holding for another colleague. We were possibly only window shopping at the time but he projected a warming professional attitude and was very comfortable to talk with. Months later when we thought it was time to sell my house, we had kept Max John in mind and thought he would be a good option to sell with. Great choice actually. We weren’t ready to sell as it seemed. Max John steered us in the right direction though. With good advice and recommendations, we finally got it ready for sale. 9 months passed from our original meeting on selling the house, no pressure, just advice and support. There was one more hurdle to overcome. We had bought a new home in that time. With the old home void of any furnishings, Max John stepped up to the plate. From the moment we met Jono, we knew we could trust him to help us find out first home. He was friendly, relatable, and made an instant connection with us. We met Jono last year at one of his open homes, we weren’t in the position to buy then but he kept us in mind. Earlier this year we reconnected with Jono, and he worked hard to find us properties to view and then even came to the open homes with us. He is full of knowledge and shared his own experiences and observations that we knew we could trust. He was very patient and supported us through multiple open homes until we finally found the one we loved. Jono was with us every step of the way, all the way to key collection on settlement day. He is genuinely a great guy and cares about the people he works with. We felt he always had our best interests at heart and genuinely cared about finding us a home we loved, above anything else. Clarence was consistently communicative, and checked in every few days with how things were going. He also offered great advice and helped me as a first home buyer understand my obligations and “what next”. I would absolutely work with Clarence again on finding a home and would recommend him to anyone. He recommended the property to me which I have now successfully bought after another property was unsuccessful- he knew what I was after and recommended a wonderful property that ticked a lot of boxes.

Liz was easy to communicate with she was fast and efficient at getting answers to questions and work completed. She communicated well with us the buyers and the sellers.
