Everything was fine, except I didn't receive a gift when I handed over the house, so I just felt a little disappointed!

Outstanding!

Right on target!
At the beginning of the process, Mike covered our rights and his responsibilities regarding the listing process thoroughly. The photographs and video were of the highest level of quality, and we were more than happy with them. Listing was quick and efficient. This is not the first time Mike has worked with us in selling various properties so we were more than confident that he would deliver great results for us. We had a clear understanding with Mike of our price expectations, which he achieved for us. If you are looking so someone who will look after your home and you as a client, without talking himself up, but get the results, then Mike is your agent.

Buying Experience
Brad was helpful, though communication did fail towards the end due to confusion on my part. This was my first time buying and selling a house at the same time, and I feel Brad assumed knowledge on my part that I did not have. Given my great age, it was an easy assumption to make by him! :)

Consummate Professional
Where to start? The headline: Jacqui and Ami are amazing. From the moment we first spoke to Jacqui about selling our property we knew we were in safe hands. The stress and anxiety just melted away. We were mid-reno and Jacqui did not see our house at its best, but she could see what we were aiming for. We followed all of her advice, we took advantage of her network of experts and sold our home for the price we were hoping for as well as on the (very tight) timescales that we had to buy our new property. Jacqui and Ami were clear, helpful, had lots of suggestions, and we knew that when they said "you should do this..." that Jacqui's years of experience were coming in to play. Hint: Do exactly what she says! I'm sorry Jacqui if this seems like an unfair description but it felt like we had our mum or favourite auntie holding our hands through the whole process. Safe, confidence inspiring, calm and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend more highly. If we weren't in our forever home now, we would use her again in a heartbeat. We will be recommending to anyone we know that needs a real-estate agent.
