Fast and easy process
We were more than happy to have Ricky as our agent. He was always warm and welcoming, easy to get along with and always kept us informed. Absolutely Seamless
Bradley has been an absolute blast to deal with. He has a wealth of knowledge, always kept me in the loop with updates and not to mention is just a very warm, approachable person. There were no interjections when making my offer, and Bradley was able to broker a deal between the seller and myself very promptly and efficiently. When asked the question moving forward as to who I'd recommend to people to sell their house or who to buy from, Bradley will whole heartedly without any doubt be my number one recommendation. Amazing from start to finish
From the time we walked through the front door for the open home, Jacqui was attentive without being overly so. She answered our questions and took the time with us to explain the process of buying a house, a new experience for us. She guided us and gave us options. Jacqui continued this great service when we wanted to bring our children and family through for a second viewing, it was at a time suitable to us outside of usual business hours. It then came time to discuss and look over the sale offer contract. Jacqui went out of her way to visit me at work, twice, which is no mean feat considering having to be let into a secure site. Jacqui on our behalf negotiated with the vendor and liaised with us seamlessly by going through the procedure, explaining each step without overwhelming us. No question was a silly question and we were never made to feel like we didn't know what the next step was or what was required. Communication was exemplary, offering advice and suggestions of the next step and what was required. Recommending lawyers and mortgage advisers who would listen to what we needed. Jacqui went above and beyond our expectations to secure our first family home in New Zealand. She is a person we would both highly recommend. Her professionalism, friendly and caring demeanor has made the whole process of buying a house enjoyable and exciting. The best experience ever!!

An outstanding agent
Jacqui was a fantastic agent to work with on the sale of our property. From the beginning she was great at providing advice for how to best market the property and arranged the staging and marketing quickly and effectively. Her market knowledge helped set the expectations of the range we could be considering for the sale and she kept me informed with regular updates on buyer feedback and offers. When it came time to negotiate Jacqui really knew her buyers and was skilled at providing information and context to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
