From the time we walked through the front door for the open home, Jacqui was attentive without being overly so. She answered our questions and took the time with us to explain the process of buying a house, a new experience for us. She guided us and gave us options. Jacqui continued this great service when we wanted to bring our children and family through for a second viewing, it was at a time suitable to us outside of usual business hours. It then came time to discuss and look over the sale offer contract. Jacqui went out of her way to visit me at work, twice, which is no mean feat considering having to be let into a secure site. Jacqui on our behalf negotiated with the vendor and liaised with us seamlessly by going through the procedure, explaining each step without overwhelming us. No question was a silly question and we were never made to feel like we didn't know what the next step was or what was required. Communication was exemplary, offering advice and suggestions of the next step and what was required. Recommending lawyers and mortgage advisers who would listen to what we needed. Jacqui went above and beyond our expectations to secure our first family home in New Zealand. She is a person we would both highly recommend. Her professionalism, friendly and caring demeanor has made the whole process of buying a house enjoyable and exciting. The best experience ever!!
