Responded promptly, very professional and showed good understanding of my needs as a client. He was very patient offering a step by step untrusted explanation. Rapport easily established.

The thing that most impressed us about Sean and everyone we interacted throughout the process was how genuine they were, alongside the professionalism, knowledge, and communication style needed to achieve a successful outcome. We will defiantly reach out to Sean next time we sell, or buy a property in Christchurch.

It was quite a long process, and the deal nearly fell through. It wouldn’t have been completed without Belinda’s excellent negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and professionalism.

Sean was a very easy person to communicate with. Not just through phones or emails but by showing up. The first time I met him, he came prepared. He explained everything clearly, step by step on how things are when the house is put on the market. What made Sean stand out? He stood out by just showing up. Very responsive when I’m stuck things that I don’t understand. He made everything very easy. Sean and his personal assistant Georgia basically did everything and all I did was provide documents. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO BOTH
