During our first weekend of viewing homes, we visited seven or eight properties. Of all the listing agents we met, Allan was the only one who followed up to see how he could help us purchase a home. For eight weeks, we saw him every weekend at open homes and stayed in constant communication during the week. When auction day arrived, Allan was incredibly supportive and gave us all the information we needed. He was open, honest, and supportive throughout our entire journey. If you're looking for a real estate agent who genuinely puts her clients first, I can't recommend Philippa Benton highly enough. Over the past year, we've been searching for the right apartment in Christchurch. With two children attending boarding school there, it was important for us to find a place that was close to their schools and suited our family's needs, as we're in Christchurch regularly. From the very beginning, Philippa was outstanding. She was always incredibly responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us, often at very short notice. Living out of town meant we couldn't always plan ahead, but that was never an issue for Philippa. She happily rearranged her schedule, even giving up Sunday afternoons with her own family so we could view properties while we were in Christchurch. First home buyer here. Prompt communication during the negotiation process, demonstrated professionalism throughout the home buying journey. Advised us to narrow down our options when choosing a house, (as it is a bit overwhelming in choosing the right house), hence, we decided to deal with one house at a time. And finally made the decision to buy the house. He was not pushy. Would definitely recommend!
