Oksana provided initial advice on how to best present the property. Even at this early stage this demonstrated that she was totally invested in making our experience a great one. Her ability to be our eyes and ears was vital as we were out-of-town sellers. She then organised staging options and ran a superlative sales campaign based on an understanding of the market. This allowed her to bring a very strong multi offering to us for consideration - with the opportunity for back up offers if required. Oksana didn't stop there though - she continued to make sure all conditions were able to be met and went above and beyond to be an on the ground presence. This meant that even last-minute hiccups were not a problem. In my opinion, Oksana both optimised value for us and achieved a settlement completion that I'm not sure another agent would have.
