Personality and Professionalism.
It is refreshing to work with an agent that has the perfect combination of professionalism and personality, and Steve has both in spades. Steve kept us up to date throughout the sales process, and we always felt like things were well in hand. We have worked with other real estate agents before, but Steve is one of those extra mile people, that cares about the finer details and gives attention to detail in areas that other agents wouldn't even consider.
