Recently my partner and I embarked on the process of purchasing a holiday home in Twizel. Although my partner knew the area well - it was new to me! So off we went - drove to Twizel looked at a few properties & to cut a long story short, purchased out new holiday destination home in Twizel. Karan and her associate Jess were bloody awesome, we felt no pressure whatsoever & all communication / advice was top notch. We are grateful for this honest / straight forward approach, We have no hesitation in recommending Karan as an agent!!

We approached Steve in the middle of August, when we were considering selling our house. We found his approach, advise and support as we journeyed through the sale process to be professional and great. The 3d Tour, online marketing, Street marketing board and lead property for the South Canterbury Property Press – we felt that we were given the best exposure to the market that we could possibly have. And we sold – and Steve has continued to work ensuring that the transition to the new owner is seamless. We highly recommend Steve and the Team at L J Hookers if you are considering selling.

Thanks Karan for your hard work and expertise selling our property. You listened to our expectations and gave us sound advice when we discussed and decided on the sale strategy. We especially appreciated you dealing with our house sale with tact and discretion. We appreciate your, and the LJ Hooker Team's, efforts for us.
