Karan and her team have again been excellent to deal with, as we are returning clients. Every step of the way, from the initial marketing right through to the confirmed sale of our Twizel property Karan has been great to deal with and has clearly had our best interests at heart. Along with Jess, Karan kept us fully informed and her market experience again proved invaluable. We would happily recommend Karan and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the district.

Steve and Vic of Mackenzie Real Estate were really professional agents who worked hard on our behalf to secure the right buyer for our Lake Tekapo Property. We really appreciated Steve's dedication, his local knowledge throughout the process, and were always kept informed of progress and were very happy with the final outcome. To have an agent who lives in Tekapo and personally knows his resident clients means he has a vested interest in delivering a great service. Thanks Steve and Vic Howes

Steve and Vic were always in touch to let us know how things were looking on the local market. With the turmoil going in the economy at this time having had a huge impact on selling in this market , they continued to put every effort into finding a buyer. There advertising package was amazing with vast experience in the IT field which they put that to great use. Steve is always polite, punctual and is meticulous in his presentation of our property

Karan has impressed us with her friendliness, approachability, knowledge of the Twizel market, her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to keep the process moving. She never hesitated to help when we were needing it. We also thank Jess and other staff for their input to the process. It may well have been a difficult period to be on the market, but Karan achieved a very satisfactory result for us.

This was our first experience working with Steve. We found him to be generous with his time, happy to share his in depth knowledge of the market and he provided ongoing and appropriate communication at all times. He was totally professional from our first enquiry through to the finalisation of the contract and has kept in touch post settlement. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend his services.

Working with Steve is an absolute pleasure! His positive, professional, prompt service is a breath of fresh air and his market knowledge helped us with our decision making. Our purchase was executed remotely with the use of an electronic sales and purchase agreement, it was awesome and so easy to use. We would not hesitate to use Simon again for any sale or purchase!
