Karan MacDiarmid, Jess Mackay and Team Twizel did an outstanding job in selling our Twizel property. The property market was quite slow at the time of marketing and the property itself was quite unique so we presented Team Twizel with quite a challenge ! However, they were up to it and listened to our needs and marketed it accordingly. A combination of excellent local knowledge, friendly and thoughtful communication with us, a high standard of professionalism, patience, great listening skills and a “stick to your guns” attitude brought in a great result for all parties with no hassle. We were very happy with the result ( as were the purchasers ) and would highly recommend Team Karan and Jess and Team Twizel to anyone considering purchasing or selling real estate in Twizel or the greater Mackenzie Basin area.
