We came across Sam at an open home, she was super friendly and easy to chat to, she asked about out what we were looking for and gave us a couple of suggestions. Cameron helped my parents sell their house to prepare for their move to a brand new retirement village unit. By the time they were ready to sell, my dad was becoming quite unwell, so much so that he passed away 3 days after the auction. I was so pleased to have asked Brendon Hart and the team at Hartcourts Gold to sell our property. Brendon has superb local knowledge and a great insight into the Christchurch market.
