Kurt helped us with the purchase of our new home and also the sale of our existing property. Kurt really listened to what we had to say about what was important for us in a new house for our family. He was very thoughtful about the places he took us to see and didn't waste our time trying to take us to places that weren't going to hit the mark. He was able to find us our beautiful new home off market so we didn't have to go through the auction process. It was super easy. Although we didn't quite get the price we wanted for our existing house, it was through no fault of Kurt but rather of market conditions at the time. In the end we got it sold in a timely fashion. Kurt is a positive person and is very easy to work with. There were some really lovely personal touches that made it a great experience. I miss talking to him everyday! :-)
