Taylor was profession, highly motivated, with great communication. He had my property sold at the first open home and then continued working at getting it to go unconditional. My calls were always picked up and my questions answered. Taylor got me an offer that well exceeded my expectations. From what I saw he's working hard with long hours to do the best for his clients. I couldn't ask for any more from my sales agent. I will definitely use Taylor again.

Taylor has been an outstanding real estate agent for us. His integrity and honesty was obvious from the outset, as was his knowledge of the market - his initial assessment of the likely value of the property we were selling was born out by the evidence in the valuation. His advice consistently aimed to help us ensure that we understood what made the property appealing, and to make sure we didn't spend money unnecessarily. He used his marketing skills to recruit a number of interested buyers, and I have no doubt that the property would never have exceeded the price we expected it to achieve by so much if we had not had Taylor as our agent. As importantly, he was a real pleasure to work with - consistently friendly, professional and supportive, keeping us in the loop and always available when I called or texted. It would be impossible to overstate how much we appreciated him during what could have been a much more difficult time for us.

Erin was welcoming and warm from our first meeting. She always found the time to answer any phone calls, text messages or numerous emails - and no question we asked was a stupid question. Erin was patient and calm and kept us on track. Erin made it easy for us to be auction-ready and was as excited as we were for us to purchase our first home. Would absolutely recommend her, especially to first-home buyers trying to navigate all the ins and outs of purchasing a home.

Charlie went out of his way to ask me what i was looking for and seemed to understand exactly the sort of property that would interest me. Charlie didn't try and show me properties that were outside my brief, he had really listened and he then found me a great place that ticked almost all of my wishlist. Not an easy task!
