As a first-time seller, I was fairly unsure how the entire process worked and had some apprehension about it all. Fortunately, as soon as I had an interaction with Andrew, he was professional, communicative, and detailed about everything. Throughout the months from when I reached out to him to when the house sold, Andrew always kept me up to date with every step, any movements in the market, what was happening in the area and everything else I needed to be informed of. He was polite, approachable, and a pleasure to work with. It was the same with the auction - he used his experience to help set a reserve, talked me through how the whole process would work and how he thought it might play out (which was incredibly accurate). I would recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking to sell their property, I am certain you will be pleased with everything from the very start, right through until the sale.

Andrew was referred to us my a mutual friend who he had previously acted for and we are so thankful that they did. From first contact his knowledge of the market was shared in a "straight forward no nonsense manner" and the auction and marketing process he recommended certainly paid off. His communication and feedback from viewers after "open homes" was excellent throughout the campaign and we can't thank Ally Morris, (Andrew's Chief of Staff) enough, who took care of all the backroom communication and paperwork. As we sat and waited for our auction to commence, we discussed and agreed that whatever the outcome, Andrew and his team had exceeded our expectations and had given it "their very best shot" for us to get the result we wanted. I'm pleased to say that we did! :-) Andrew has a saying; "trust in the process" and I would alter that to; "trust in Andrew and his team".

We were buying a property from overseas in preparation for our return to NZ. Not easy given all the different rules and hoops to jump through.
