As painless as it could be with a perfect result and the end price a bonus
Alison was able to advise what needed to be done to maximise the properties appeal.Give me the contact details of the tradesmen needed.Set time frames that got me up and running so the process kept on track.Her assistants were helpful and knowledgable. On auction day she shook the pockets of the buyers to get the last of the change. A price I was happy with. A nd it was all done with fun and good humour.

Great team - great result!
We loved working with Ali and her team. At our first meeting she gave us frank and honest feedback about the market and the home we were selling. No sales pitch or b/s just the facts which we appreciated. Throughout the process we were kept informed via regular reports and open home feedback. We never felt we were just a number with Ali - she was always available and approachable, with a bit of humour to put us at ease at the right time. She worked super hard in the days leading up to auction to get a number of bidders signed up - with the net result a fantastic outcome for our family.
