I approached Andrew when he was hosting a busy open home in the mid October 2023. With his professional intuition, he quickly sensed that I wasn't coming for the house. He then managed to meet me at my house the next day. He spent sometime looking through my house thoroughly and giving his professional view and marketing strategy. My house was listed at early November. Under his advice and help, the house were ready for a series marketing schedule which let to a successful sale at the first day of the New Year. How efficient it was! I have no doubt to recommend Andrew to any vendors who is planning to sell their houses.
