This is the 3rd time we have used Ashley to sell one of our properties and each time the experience has been outstanding. Ashley is wonderfully personable, diligent, focused and aware of the market and what's happening, and quick to respond when changes are needed to meet a moving market, relaying with care and clarity why adjustments to the marketing programme may need to be made. I couldn't recommend Ashley high enough to anyone wanting a seamless experience when selling their property. Thanks again Ashley!

We had Ashley marketing our home at 11 Highlander Place. We have brought and sold numerous properties through Ashley ,and each and every time, she is nothing but flawless in the way she handles the process. Nothing is too hard for her, she’s approachable, and really knows her stuff! Everything from start to finish in the process was handled professionally, and she kept us informed at every step in the process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking at buying or selling real estate! Thank you for an amazing outcome Ashley, from two very happy clients! Kind regards,Glyn and Michele.

Having met both Quentin and Glen at an open home three years earlier I let them know I was not in the market to buy at that time but was happy to leave my details. For the next three years Glen would message me letting me know what had recently sold in my suburb and surrounding area which kept me up to date with the market. He kept the contact minimal but also enough for me to appreciate the information that interested me. During those 3 years I grew to trust Glen and when the time came for me to sell Glen was my agent of choice. During the period of selling my house Glen always kept me up to date with all that was happening and offered good advice throughout. Thank you Glen for all you did to achieve the sale of my house.

Don't bother looking for a better agent than Ashley, she's awesome! Her price appraisal was bang-on with the sale price, in a really hard market to appraise on. She listened to what we thought was important. She treated us with respect when we didn't know what we didn't know. She marketed the house perfectly and ultimately found the buyer we needed. Ashley knows what she's doing, and she knows people who know what they're doing. I doubt we'll need to sell our next house for ages, but if we did I'll be giving Ashley a call first. Her and her team are worth their weight in gold, I promise!

It's been 13 years since buying a house so we were pretty much novices! Ashley guided us through the whole process with clarity, and her professional and friendly approach made it possible for us to buy the house we've always wanted. We never EVER felt like she was "just working for the vendor" too - if anyone ever feels that from other agents, they need to find Ashley and buy through her! We literally couldn't have done it without her - we hit a few road blocks at our end along the way but because 1) she was perceptive enough to pick up on it, 2) she had the positivity to reassure us there will be a solution and 3) she has really good networks, our problems were solved in no time. Legend!

We chose Glen as our agent within 5 minutes of meeting him. He’s personable, knowledgeable, confident but not cocky and we knew he wanted us to get the best result, not just his commission. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glen and would definelty use him again.

It was such a pleasure working with Glen on the sale of our house. He was very patient with our many questions and suggestions and gave well thought out and professional advice. Glen handled our missing covenant documents with integrity, professionalism and honesty - which gave us great peace of mind of a successful sale outcome. Glen went well beyond our expectations with the amount of interest he was able to garner for our auction with many more bidders than the market was generally experiencing at the time. Glen conducted many additional viewings with potential bidders and followed up with every person who went through out home. Glen's communication was excellent with frequent phone call ups and reports on the progress of interest in the property. We achieved a sale price well beyond our expectation with an uncomplicated successful sale within 6 weeks of deciding to sell our home. Thank you Glen and team. We appreciated it very much.
