Ashley had excellent knowledge of the market. Her attention to detail is exceptional and excellent communication skills kept me up todate at all times as to how the sale was progressing. She is a top professional agent all round including her appearance. She is very honest and ensures every thing is right to present the house for sale.

I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. From the beginning of my journey to buying my first home, she showed me such genuine kindness, patience and warmth. Although she was representing the vendors, she made me feel like she was on my team, too. Buying a home can be an overwhelming and emotional experience, but her kindness helped me feel supported and reminded me that I wasn’t alone throughout the process. If you are looking for a real estate agent who goes beyond the transaction and treats people with genuine care and compassion, I would wholeheartedly recommend her. Her kindness made a real difference to my experience, and I will be forever grateful that she was part of this exciting chapter in my life.

From the very beginning, working with her felt different in the best possible way. She is an incredible communicator — always clear, responsive, and genuinely attentive. No question was ever too small, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. What stood out most was her calm, steady approach. No matter what came up, she never seemed stressed or hurried. Instead, she created a really relaxed experience for us, which made a huge difference during what can often be quite an overwhelming time. She clearly holds herself to a very high standard, and it shows in everything she does. We always felt like she truly cared — not just about the sale, but about us as people. She made us feel valued, acknowledged, and important every step of the way. At no point did we feel like “just another deal” or a commission — and that in itself speaks volumes. On top of all of that, she absolutely delivered on what she said she would. She set expectations around the price and then backed it up with results, which gave us a huge amount of confidence in her from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with her again and would recommend her over and over. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, honesty, warmth, and results so seamlessly — but she genuinely does.

We had a great experience working with Ashley to sell our home. From the very beginning Ashley was helpful, approachable, and incredibly responsive. She always took the time to answer our questions and kept us well informed after open homes and private viewings. Ashley was able to give us local recommendations for a gardener as we wanted to do a quick tidy up before hitting the market. Not only did she help us achieve a quick sale in a fairly slow market, but she was also very helpful with our own property search. Her professionalism, friendly manner and commitment made the whole process so much smoother. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and would happily recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy or sell.
