We had met Pat many times over the last 2-3 years as we were looking to buy in the Mount area. Regardless of the numerous open homes we went to he was always friendly, answered all our questions and followed up, we probably seemed to be the ultimate tyre kickers but Pat was helpful and transparent through the entire purchase process when we finally found our new home. They told us exactly what to expect, what we could work on to prepare the house for sale and gave good outlines of what to expect price wise, without pressuring us. They went above and beyond to ensure meetings worked with our schedules, and the meetings felt more like a chat than what I expected.
