We were absentee home owners living overseas while we sold our house in Mount Maunganui. This required Dirk to work with us in understanding our needs, timelines and desired outcomes. He was always on time, transparent and honest with us. He even went above and beyond his duties which was much appreciated, including making sure the garden was looked after or our mail was sorted.
