Kylie is an absolutely fantastic agent who went above and beyond in what turned out to be a less than ideal situation. She was thorough, professional, patient, understanding and quite honestly under the circumstances exceptional. In the midst of it all I honestly thought some agents may have given up on us and thrown in the towel but her can do, will do attitude and we got this carried us all. The entire professionals team jumped on board to help us in the end, we can't thank them enough and couldn't have asked for better support, understanding and advice throughout the entire process. Came across immediately as a patient, caring, honest, kind hearted communicative person to our whole family. Felt safe with her decisions and advice. She showed professionalism and knows her job. Kellie was/is always straight up with a great sense of humour. Kellie told us how the market was at the start and supported our asking price even when it was maybe a bit high, but gave us advice on a range that lead our house to be sold at a price that we and the buyer was happy with. Kellie visited my father to keep him updated on progress. Also kept up with me in the loop with any changes. Great learning experience for me also. I would highly recommend Kellie to anyone!
