Our first viewing of the property which we ended up buying was a good first encounter I enjoyed it. Our communication through the process was timely regular and positive . I didn’t appreciate being referred to as someone doing a runner after making the deposit, a comment we heard a few times until I voiced my concerns with Kylie. Kellie gave me so much support both in the actual sale of my property but the greatest support was her positivity, amazing sense of humour and understanding of the insecurities someone of senior years may have. She was always professional and put a lot of work into presenting my home in the best possible light. Her marketing strategy she promised was well delivered, with a property video that blew me away, and everyone who came to the open homes said the same thing.
