Kara had a good sense of the people coming through and the buyers. She was quick to respond, meet us when necessary, reprint forms and repeat information when we needed it, and never made it feel like it was out of her way or inconvenient. She made every effort to meet us in the middle and was always professional. She is encouraging and positive, and makes you feel comfortable and at ease at a vulnerable time. She is very relational which is excellent for both seller and buyer alike.
