Anna and her colleague Phoebe Crawford are a great team.
Anna went above and beyond for her vendors, urgently seeking a COA from council which came through just in time for me as a purchaser to go unconditional. She explained the process and building issues clearly and communicated with great clarity and timeliness. Both she and Phoebe had unlimited patience during a protracted negotiation and got the result that satisfied all parties. I would readily use them as agents in the future.

Very easy to deal with, truely went above and beyond
We really could not have asked for a better agent in this case. Anna knew the market very well including specifically dealing with the cladding style on the house. We felt we got a good deal as well as the people who purchased the house. Very happy with her communication and willingness to go above and beyond (particularly when the cyclone came through!).
