There is something special about Inder, his mannerism is something that makes him stand out from most agents. Inder is very genuine and very upfront person, which most agents lack these days. He made sure we were well informed throughout the entire process & shared feedback weekly from the market on ‘as is’ basis. Some I must admit was a bit hard to comprehend at first but as weeks went by Inder educated us on the market and what to expect on auction day. We did not quite hit the result we hoping for but Inder was spot on and auction closed at a figure that he had predicted. We were very impressed with Nicky Malloy and all of the Team Malloy Team from start to finish. They provided a honest assessment of our property the market we would be selling in and a realistic expected sale price range. Nicky made some cost effective suggestions to improve the property for sale which really lifted the look. Fresh eyes and plenty of experience go along way. I'm pleased to say we sold the property at Auction for more than we had expected and well above the upper end of the price range Nicky originally set out. Great result and I would highly recommend Nicky Malloy and her team.

I have been in touch with Inder since last three years. When we decided to list the property with Inder, He came up with a good plan. Since the very first day he told us how much our house would be sold for and he maintained that price through out. we were so lucky when we got the Pre Auction Offer within 2 weeks into the listing and grateful that we listened to Inder and accepted the offer. Couple of days or a Weeks delay could put us in a very uncertain situation due to government lockdown. So thank you very much Inder
