Brandon did an excellent job in finding a great new tenant for our rental property. He arranged with the vacating tenant (also great!!) to show the property well before the termination date. Because of this the new tenancy began only a few days after the property became vacant. Documentation (e.g. showing reviews, prospective tenant details) was quickly provided.
