They have looked after our property for many years now, for which we are very grateful.
We live overseas, and Barfoot and Thompson Milford have looked after our property, keeping it in good shape, handling tenant concerns, and ensuring we as landlords make a profit. Sometimes there are challenges, but we work through things together, and it is great to know Barfoot are on our side.

Best property managers out!
B&T Milford has made the whole process of finding a new rental so easy and stress-free. Both Kathryn and Amber explained everything clearly, responded promptly to every query, and made us feel like we’ve got a friend on our side. After a negative experience with another property manager at another company, it meant so much to see how kind and accepting they were towards my dog. They’re thoughtful, approachable, and just genuinely lovely people who make moving a breeze. We’re so happy and can’t wait to be their tenants!

Barfoot and Thompson are professional property managers from start to finish.
We have two properties being managed by Barfoot and Thompson and have found them to be good communicators and quick to resolve any issues that may arise with the property. They have excellent contacts for maintenance issue and carry out regular checks on the property. They checkout the reliability of prospective tenants and take all the stress out of managing a rental.
